Benalmadena Holiday Apartment

Our delightful light and airy Benalmadena holiday apartment has much to offer. It has all the comforts you would expect to find and a little more! Praised by past visitors, we provide the ideal 'home from home' accommodation.

We are situated on the much sought after Las Lomas de Benalmar urbanisation which is at the quieter end of Benalmadena, although minutes from all amenities. Within easy reach of shops, bars, banks, chemists etc and with a large supermarket at the bottom of the road, you have everything you will need on hand. Our beautiful Paloma Park is just around the corner.

Accommodation

Our apartment is on the first/top floor with access via a flight of outside stairs and is therefore not suitable for people with mobility problems. There is no wheelchair access. All rooms lead off the hallway so privacy is ensured if needed. The apartment sleeps up to four people. Well behaved children are welcome.

Linen and towels are provided but we ask you to bring your own beach towels.

Lounge

Our large lounge has dual aspect, making it very light and airy. This lovely bright room has large patio doors that lead on to our terrace. We have English TV, video, CD player and radio/cassette and a broadband connection for your laptop. There is also a bed/settee. There are two small dining tables in the lounge but we also have a larger one stored in the kitchen if you feel you want more room.

There is a floor standing fan for the summer and we provide heating for the winter evenings.

In the lounge units you will find extra wine glasses, tableware etc, maps and other information, games and jigsaws. There is also a stocked drinks cupboard. All we ask is that you replace any drinks you may use during your stay.

Kitchen

The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, 4 ring ceramic hob, mini oven/grill, toaster, kettle, glasses, cups, tableware, cookware iron and ironing board and many odds and ends you would find in your own home!

Bedroom

Twin beds, Radio alarm clock, hairdryer and storage. A ceiling fan makes the room cool in the summer. There are a selection of books for you to read. Please leave them behind for others pleasure.

Bathroom

Full bathroom suite including bath with integral shower unit, wash basin, toilet and bidet.

Terrace

There is a table and four chairs on the terrace, also sunlounger and extra chairs stored in the apartment for use on the terrace. There is an electric light for use in the eveings whilst chilling out with your G+T and a rolling sunblind if you need some shade.

Pool

The pool is for exclusive use of our urbanisation and a key (supplied) is needed to gain access. This makes it a safe environment if you have children as they cannot wander too far! Please note there is no lifeguard so children should be supervised at all times.

Other information

Smoking is permitted on the terrace but we do request that the bedroom and living area are kept smoke free.

Street parking is available around Las Lomas.

A full set of golf clubs may be available for rent on a daily or weekly basis. Please enquire when booking.
